Join us for this month’s FREE Art Night on Monday, March 24, from 5-7 pm. This month our artists, Alicia Cosnahan and Rachelle Craig, will be teaching how to create your very own “stained glass” felt art masterpiece!

Songwriting Workshop With Recording Artist Mike Droho!

Have you ever felt you had a song in your soul, but didn’t know how to even begin the writing process? Join us on Monday, March 10, at 6:30 pm for an introduction to songwriting with label-signed artist Mike Droho! In this free workshop, open to teens and adults 13 and up, Mike will demystify the art of crafting songs and perform some of his favorite works. An award-winning musician who has sold more than 70,000 albums independently, Mike also has performed with such artists as Gavin Degraw, Eric Church, Needtobreathe and the Violent Femmes. This is sure to be an inspiring and enriching evening!🎼

Shari Sarazin Concert

Shari Sarazin Concert Monday, January 13 at 6 pm!

Welcome 2025 with an evening of soul-soothing harp music, performed by Shari Sarazin, in the Library Community Room on Monday, January 13, from 6-7 pm. From ancient Celtic melodies to contemporary love ballads and creatively spun originals, the heavenly strains of folk harp along with Shari’s inspiring vocals are sure to bring you peace in the New Year!

Holiday Hours

The Library will be closed Tuesday, December 24, and Wednesday, December 25, for Christmas Eve and Day. We wish you all a Very Merry Christmas!!

Simply Sax Concert

Simply Sax Concert and Visit With SANTA at the Library on Saturday, December 14, Following the Lighted Christmas Parade!

Wonewoc’s Annual Lighted Christmas Parade is coming on Saturday, December 14, beginning at 6 p.m. Immediately following the parade, the library will be offering a FREE Holiday Concert by local saxophone quartet Simply Sax! Light refreshments will be served. In addition, Santa will be hopping off his float and stopping by the library, where he’ll be available for pictures in front of our Christmas tree (please bring your own camera and/or phone for photos) and handing out treat bags, courtesy of the Wonewoc Lions and Wonewoc Fire Department! Be sure to join us for a little holiday cheer with wonderful music, good food, and great friends!!

Closed Thanksgiving

The Library will be closed on Thursday, November 28, to celebrate Thanksgiving. We will be open normal business hours on Friday, November 29. We wish everyone a fun and safe holiday!

Wags ‘N Tales

Wags ‘N Tales November 18!

 Elementary school students are invited to come to the library on Monday, November 18, to practice reading with therapy dog Murphy or his brother Archie and their owner, Deb Schultz. Children can bring their own books or pick books off the library shelves to read. Parents are asked to call the library at 608-464-7625 or stop in to sign their child up for a time slot. The slots available are 6:00 p.m., 6:15 p.m., 6:30 p.m. and 6:45 p.m.
